<p>As an equity partner at Udall Shumway, PLC, I exclusively practice in the area of Family Law representing clients in divorce, custody/legal decision-making, paternity, child support, grandparent rights, modification and enforcement actions. I represent families expanding the spectrum from families with no minimal assets through families who have multi-million dollars in assets and also families where only children are involved. Cases are personal to a client and it is important as the lawyer to recognize their goals and the uniqueness to that family. I have successfully represented both my male and female clients since 2005. I have represented clients as young as 16 years of age through 79 years of age which all pose their unique situation. My focus on each client is to help them with the particular circumstance of their case.</p> <p>I grew up in Arizona and am originally from Tucson. I have lived in the East Valley since 1994.
