She also has handled claims for paid sick leave violations and wage complaints filed with the Industrial Commission of Arizona. In addition, Sonya is experienced with drafting and reviewing employment-related agreements and employment policies, and with analyzing non-compete issues.</p> <p>Before starting her legal career, Sonya spent several years working for retail and restaurant businesses, where she gained comprehensive knowledge of those industries, gained her advanced sommelier certification, and had the opportunity to work with large retail employers and world-renowned chefs.</p>
