<p>Tara Kilby has been licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona since 1991. Prior to entering private practice, Tara worked at all levels of the Arizona court system. She served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Arizona Supreme Court, the Arizona Court of Appeals and the Superior Court of Arizona. Following her years of service in the state courts, Tara worked as a Staff Attorney at the United States District Court, District of Arizona. Her extensive experience in both State and Federal Courts has provided her with a comprehensive knowledge of what is required to effectively and efficiently litigate a Clients case. Tara concluded her employment in the public sector to open her law practice to pursue her passion of working one on one with Clients to help them navigate their way through what can often be a confusing and complex legal process. Since its inception, the predominant focus of her practice has been Family Law matters.</p>
