<p>Ms. Banker graduated from the University of Denver College of Law in Colorado. She has been practicing and focusing in Elder law since 2002 and is a certified probate mediator. In Denver she practiced law for two years in estate planning and elder law prior to moving to Arizona. Ms. Banker was the 2010 President of the Arizona chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She is a member of the probate and trust section of the State Bar of Arizona, and Maricopa County Bar Association. For the last two years, Ms. Banker has served as Judge Pro Tem in the Maricopa County Superior Court. </p>
