<p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:-.7pt; text-align:justify">Paul D. Ellsworth was admitted to the State Bar of Utah in 1982 and the State Bar of Arizona in 1984. He received his B.A. Degree from Brigham Young University, graduating <em>magna cum laude</em>, with Highest Honors and as a University Scholar in 1979 and was a Spencer W. Kimball Scholar. He received his law degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University, graduating <em>magna cum laude</em>, Order of the Coif and as a J. Reuben Clark Scholar. While in law school, Mr. Ellsworth served as member of the Brigham Young University Law Review (1980-1982) and served as the Law Review&rsquo;s Lead Note and Comment Editor (1981-1982).</p> <p style="margin-right:-.7pt; text-align:justify">In 1982, Mr. Ellsworth began practicing law in Salt Lake City, Utah. Since 1984, he has practiced in Arizona focusing on real estate and business transactions.He has been a partner in both large and mid-sized law firms and currently practices as a sole practitioner.</p> <p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:-.7pt; text-align:justify">Mr. Ellsworth is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and has been certified by the Arizona State Bar&rsquo;s Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in real estate law.</p> <p style="margin-right:-.7pt; text-align:justify">With over 35 years of legal experience, Mr. Ellsworth has earned an &ldquo;AV&rdquo; rating, the highest rating awarded by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory Service.
