He received a Doctorate of Philosophy <em>Magna Cum Laude </em>regarding comparative ethics from LaCrosse University in 2006.</p> <p>He was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona Bar in 1989, State Bar of Colorado in 1992 (inactive) and the District of Columbia in 2004 (inactive). He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Arizona, United States District Court of Arizona, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.</p> <p>Paul is rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell. He is Certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification/National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA), Medical Malpractice Diplomate for the American Board of Professional Liabiltiy Attorneys (ABPLA), an Associate with the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and is Certified by the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization in Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation. He is a Certified Forensic Consultant, Certified Instructor and a Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Examiners.</p>
