Brian Riley, born and raised in Tucson, Arizona and works out of the newly formed Morgan and Morgan Phoenix office. Previously with a mid-sized personal injury firm where he achieved firm-wide record setting results in pre-litigation and litigation for Arizona injury victims. Mr. Riley is fully committed to representing victims involved in motor vehicle accidents, premise liability, dog bite, and wrongful death. Mr. Riley understands the value of listening to injured victims during one of the most difficult times in their lives and compelling the responsible party to compensate accordingly. Mr. Riley is prepared to represent and advise injured victims from inception through trial. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona Summit Law School on an academic scholarship and is licensed in Arizona and the State of Washington. Mr. Riley has a strong background in athletics and was the former Captain and starting Tight End with Northern Arizona University's football team. Mr. Riley was married to his wife, Casey, on March 6, 2020 in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. They reside in Phoenix, Arizona with their dogs Frank and Bode. Mr. Riley enjoys spending quality time with his family, hiking amazing trails all throughout Arizona, and golf.
