Seraphim is an accomplished litigator, experienced at handling catastrophic and complex personal injury claims in the areas of car accidents, wrongful death, trucking cases, product liability, premises liability, and even assault and battery. Seraphim is a passionate lawyer who enjoys fighting for his clients. Before joining Warnock MacKinlay, Seraphim developed his legal skills as a lawyer at one of Arizona's largest law firms. While there, he defended multi-million and multi-billion dollar companies on diverse personal injury cases, including trucking liability, product defect, and trucking accidents. Having spent years representing large corporations and insurance companies, Seraphim brings invaluable insight into how defense teams evaluate and approach cases. This unique perspective allows him to navigate personal injury claims and deliver favorable outcomes for his clients. While studying at ASU's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, Seraphim externed with the Honorable Judge Kenton D. Jones at the Arizona Court of Appeals, where he researched and helped draft decisions for sophisticated criminal and civil cases. Seraphim focused on developing his litigation skills in law school, earning the top oral argument score in his Legal Advocacy Course and winning the CALI Award (best grade) for his Law, Litigation, and Science Course. He concentrated on helping his community, working as a Student Volunteer at the Homeless Legal Assistance Project and as a Student Attorney at the ASU Law Post-Conviction Clinic.
