With regard to family law, Mr. Celaya has represented individuals in dissolution of marriage matters (divorce); temporary orders relating to legal decision making rights and parenting time for a minor child; contesting and filing orders of protection; modifications to previous orders relating to legal decision making rights and parenting time for custody ofa minor child; transfer of property title matters; probate matters; and drafting wills.
