Obtained a defense verdict at trial in a fraudulent transfer, alter ego, and breach of contract lawsuit that sought damages in excess of $1.5 million. Defended against a $800,000 cattle nuisance and water damage claim in a 6-day jury trial. Defended against a motion for order to show cause and alleged breach of a settlement agreement and obtaining a five-figure award of attorneys’ fees and costs. Tim was born and raised in Arizona and is an avid Arizona sports and Wildcats fan. He also enjoys playing golf, traveling with his wife, and spending time with his kids. Tim and his family are members at Paradise Valley United Methodist Church where Tim serves on the Church & Society Ministry Team.
