2. No Attorney–Client Relationship
Using this Site, submitting an intake form, or reading a guide does not create an attorney–client relationship between you and Galaxsen, operated by Hemant Adhikari or anyone affiliated with us. An attorney–client relationship can only be formed by a signed engagement agreement between you and a licensed attorney.
3. Not a Lawyer Referral Service
The State Bar of Arizona certifies Lawyer Referral Services through the Maricopa County Bar Association and the Pima County Bar Association (each typically charges $35–$50 for a 30-minute initial consultation). Arizona Attorney Search Network is not one of those certified services. We are an attorney search platform that matches consumers with pre-screened Arizona attorneys at no cost to the consumer; we are paid by the attorneys who list with us (flat per-lead or subscription, not a percentage of any recovery).
4. Advertising Disclosures (Arizona ER 7.1–7.5)
Under the Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct, attorney advertising must not be false or misleading. We comply with these rules in connection with the listings on this Site:
- No paid placement without disclosure. Any listing or content placement that is paid for is marked "Sponsored" or "Premium" so that it is clearly distinguishable from organic placement.
- No verified-result superlatives. We do not use unverifiable comparative language ("best", "top", "leading") about any specific attorney or firm unless we can document the basis for the claim.
- No false testimonials. Any testimonial published on the Site is from a real client of the attorney whose listing it appears on, and we do not pay clients for testimonials.
- Past results. Any past results referenced in attorney listings or guides do not guarantee a similar outcome in your case.
5. How We Verify Attorneys
Before publishing or claiming an attorney profile, we verify:
- Active license to practice law in Arizona via the public State Bar of Arizona member directory (azbar.org)
- Year of admission to the Arizona Bar
- Listed contact information (phone, address) using publicly-available sources
- Practice areas claimed by the attorney against any specialty certifications they assert
We do not pre-screen for malpractice claim history. Disciplinary records are public at azbar.org; we recommend that consumers independently verify any attorney they are considering hiring.
6. Bar-Certified Specialist Designations
Attorneys identified on the Site as "Board-Certified Specialists" hold credentials issued by the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization. The Arizona Board of Legal Specialization recognizes specialists in eight practice areas as of the most recent listing. We display these credentials based on the public roster maintained by the State Bar of Arizona; attorneys whose certification lapses or is revoked are removed from the specialist designation promptly upon notification.
7. Past Results and Case Outcomes
Any past case results or outcomes referenced anywhere on the Site — whether in a guide, a profile, or other content — do not predict or guarantee a similar outcome in your case. Legal outcomes depend on facts, applicable law at the time of the matter, and how skillfully a case is presented. Two cases that look similar at first glance can resolve very differently.
8. Information Accuracy
We work to keep the guides and other educational content accurate and up-to-date. Arizona statutes, rules, and case law change over time. The "Updated" date on each guide reflects when we last reviewed that page; we recommend you check the original source (the Arizona Revised Statutes at azleg.gov, the Arizona Rules of Court, or the relevant appellate decision) before relying on a specific citation.
