1. Who We Are
Arizona Attorney Search Network ("we", "us", "our") is an attorney search platform and legal information resource operated by Galaxsen, operated by Hemant Adhikari, an Arizona limited liability company. We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. We connect Arizonans with pre-screened Arizona attorneys and publish general legal information.

2. What Information We Collect
From consumers seeking legal help
When you submit the intake form, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, the practice area and county relevant to your matter, your preferred language, and a brief description of your situation. We do not require, and do not ask for, your Social Security number, driver's-license number, financial-account numbers, or other government-issued identifiers.
From attorneys applying to be listed
When you submit the For Attorneys form, we collect: your name, bar number, firm name, contact email and phone, years of experience, practice areas, counties served, a professional bio, and (for claiming an existing profile) the slug of the profile you are claiming. We verify your bar status against the publicly-available State Bar of Arizona member directory before publishing or claiming a profile.
Automatically collected information
Our hosting provider (Vercel) and analytics service (Google Search Console) collect standard server-log information when you visit any page: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, do not run pixel-based retargeting, and do not embed social-media widgets that fingerprint your browser.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Intake form data is used solely to match you with pre-screened Arizona attorneys who handle your practice area in your county. The matched attorney(s) receive your contact information so they can reach out. You are not added to any mailing list and we do not sell or share intake data with third parties beyond the matched attorney(s).
- Attorney application data is used to evaluate, verify, and (if approved) publish your profile. Bar-number verification involves querying the public State Bar of Arizona directory.
- Server logs and analytics are used to operate and improve the site and to detect abuse.
4. Third Parties That Receive Data
- Google Workspace — our email + spreadsheet backend. Intake submissions land in a Google Sheet owned by us; notifications are sent via Google Apps Script + Gmail.
- Vercel — our hosting provider. They process server logs in the ordinary course of providing hosting.
- Google Search Console + Google Search — for site-wide search visibility metrics. No personally-identifiable consumer or attorney data is shared with GSC.
- Matched attorneys — receive the contents of your intake form so they can contact you about your matter.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with any third party not listed above without your consent or unless required by law.
5. Your Rights
California consumers (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have the right to: (a) know what personal information we collect about you and how it is used; (b) request deletion of that information; (c) opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" (we do not engage in either); (d) non-discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise these rights, email hello@arizonaattorneysearch.com with the subject line "CCPA Request" and identify yourself with the email address you used when submitting an intake form. We will respond within 45 days.
All consumers
You may request access to or deletion of your intake-form data at any time by emailing the address above. We retain intake-form submissions for 365 days for matching purposes and quality-assurance review; rejected attorney applications are retained for 90 days for fraud-prevention purposes.
6. Data Security
The site uses HTTPS exclusively (HSTS enforced via Strict-Transport-Security header). Intake forms include rate-limiting, honeypot anti-spam, and server-side input sanitization. We do not store payment information on this site. Communication between you and a matched attorney occurs outside this platform — the attorney's own data-protection practices govern that exchange.
7. Cookies
This site sets one cookie: a language-preference setting (stored in browser localStorage, not a server cookie) that remembers whether you toggled the site to Spanish. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or cross-site analytics cookies.
8. Children
This site is intended for adults seeking legal information or representation. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information, email us and we will delete it.
9. Change of Control
If Arizona Attorney Search Network is acquired or merges with another entity, your personal information may be transferred to the acquirer. Any acquirer is bound by this Privacy Policy with respect to your previously-submitted information. We will post a notice on the homepage at least 30 days before any such transfer takes effect.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted in the version stamp at the top of this page and announced via a banner on the homepage for at least 30 days following the change. Prior versions are retained at /privacy/v<N>.html URLs once a new version supersedes them.
