1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Arizona Attorney Search Network (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. The Site Is Not a Law Firm
Arizona Attorney Search Network is operated by Galaxsen, operated by Hemant Adhikari ("we", "us", "our"). We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Information published on the Site (including guides, FAQs, and educational content) is general legal information about Arizona law, not advice on your specific situation. We do not form an attorney–client relationship with you through your use of the Site. An attorney–client relationship can only be formed by a signed engagement agreement between you and a licensed attorney.
3. No Lawyer Referral Service
The Site is not a State Bar of Arizona-certified Lawyer Referral Service (LRS). The Maricopa County Bar Association and the Pima County Bar Association operate the only certified LRS programs in Arizona; they typically charge consumers a fee for an initial consultation. We are an attorney search platform: we surface qualified options based on your case, county, and preferred language, and you choose. Use of the Site is free to consumers.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to submit an intake form. By submitting the form, you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate. The Site is intended for use by Arizona residents or persons with legal matters in Arizona; intake submissions describing matters outside Arizona may be declined.
5. User Obligations
When using the Site, you agree:
- Not to submit false or misleading information in the intake form or any other form.
- Not to use the Site to harass, threaten, or defraud any attorney or other user.
- Not to scrape, mirror, or systematically copy the Site's content for commercial use without our written permission.
- Not to circumvent rate-limiting, honeypot, or other technical measures.
- Not to submit personally identifiable information about anyone other than yourself without their consent.
6. Attorney Obligations
Attorneys who list with us (whether by claim or new application) represent and warrant:
- That they hold an active license to practice law in Arizona at the time of listing.
- That they are not currently subject to any disciplinary action that would prevent them from accepting new clients.
- That all information they provide about themselves, their firm, and their practice is accurate.
- That they will honor State Bar of Arizona advertising rules (ER 7.1–7.5) in any advertising they conduct in connection with the Site.
- That they will independently confirm bar admission and any specialty certifications they assert.
We verify bar status against the public State Bar of Arizona member directory before publishing. We do not pre-screen for malpractice claim history; that information is a matter of public record at azbar.org and we recommend that consumers independently verify any attorney they engage.
7. No Fee-Splitting
Consistent with Arizona Rule of Professional Conduct ER 5.4, we do not engage in fee-splitting with attorneys. Premium-tier listings are flat-rate subscriptions for placement on the Site; they are not contingent on the outcome of any matter and are not paid out of any client recovery.
8. Intellectual Property
All content published on the Site — including the legal guides, the Site design, the brand name and logos, and the source code — is owned by Galaxsen, operated by Hemant Adhikari or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may quote brief excerpts of the legal guides with attribution and a link to the original page; bulk reproduction requires our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galaxsen, operated by Hemant Adhikari, its officers, members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or from any matched attorney's representation of you, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Galaxsen, operated by Hemant Adhikari from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) any false or misleading information you submit through the Site; (c) any misuse of attorney information obtained through the Site.
11. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms must be brought in a state or federal court located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted in the version stamp at the top of this page and announced via a homepage banner for at least 30 days following the change. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
